Jack please get your facts ccoerrt and know who actually wanted to extend the T-2 zoning into the county specifically the Fractech area. The city has the authority by state law to do zoning into 2 miles of the county or a demarcation line with other municipalities. By doing minimal zoning and signing ordinance into the county it actually helps the city greatly giving a much better view as drivers come into the city. There really is little else that can be done, but go out and find who actually wanted the T-2 zoning.
