Mailing List Maintenance Procedures:

Unconfirmed registrations are maintained for one week, after which they are deleted from our mailing lists.

Bounced Emails:
Email accounts which have returned or “bounced” OSANewsletter.com emails for three consecutive times are automatically removed from our database. “Hard bounces” due to incorrect or nonexistent email addresses are removed immediately.
